Current subprocessors
This register lists providers that are currently evidenced as part of Polaris's operating service. Planned or merely installed integrations are not listed until they are enabled and may process customer personal data.

Changes to this register
Polaris will assess privacy, security and transfer implications before authorising a new subprocessor. The register will be updated before a new provider begins processing customer personal data. Before paid general availability, workspace administrators will be given a reasonable notice process for material subprocessor changes and a route to raise data-protection concerns.
Provider responsibilities
Subprocessors are required to protect personal data under appropriate contractual and security obligations. Polaris remains responsible for its own obligations as processor and for managing subprocessors as required by applicable UK data-protection law.
Before general availability
The final register will identify the relevant contracting entities, confirmed production locations, applicable transfer safeguards and customer notification procedure after infrastructure and supplier arrangements are finalised.
