Questions, answered clearly.
Initial answers for teams considering Polaris during early access.
What is Polaris?
Polaris is an operational collaboration platform that brings conversations, cases, tasks, vessels, files and workflows into one workspace.
Who is Polaris for?
Polaris is being designed for B2B software vendors, managed service providers and enterprise support organisations that need a clearer operational model.
How secure is my data?
Polaris uses tenant-isolated operational storage, private encrypted object storage, least-privilege infrastructure access and auditable workflows. We are transparent that Polaris is not currently ISO 27001 certified. Read the security page for current and planned controls.
Does Polaris support multi-factor authentication?
Yes. Users can protect their Polaris account with an authenticator app and single-use recovery codes. Operations and Enterprise workspace administrators can require MFA for all workspace members.
Where is data hosted?
Development infrastructure currently runs in Amazon Web Services in the eu-west-1 region. Hosting and data-residency commitments for paid plans will be published before general availability.
Does Polaris use my data to train AI models?
No Polaris AI processing is currently enabled. Any future AI capability will be introduced with clear controls, provider disclosures and customer choices.
Can users belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. Users are global identities and can hold separate memberships in multiple Polaris workspaces.
Can each workstream have its own support email address?
Yes. Administrators can optionally bind one or more workspace email addresses to a workstream. Workstreams without an inbound address do not accept inbound email.
How is Polaris priced?
Polaris plans are priced per user. Final prices and the precise definition of a billable user will be published before general availability.
Are plans and prices final?
No. The current plan structure describes intended capability groupings. Final allowances, pricing and commercial terms will be published before general availability.
Can I export or delete my data?
Formal export, retention and deletion workflows are planned. During early access, requests should be raised directly with Polaris so they can be handled carefully.
How do I ask another question?
Contact the Polaris team at hello@helpana.io. Security concerns should be sent privately to security@helpana.io.
